Art of the Cocktail starts tomorrow! Some nice buzz going on about it online and with people I've chatted with. Should be quite the event, one not to miss. I feel that this is going to be an important main stay in terms of Victoria events and exposure to the city. It's also a very important fundraiser, considering the major cut-backs to the arts and the Film Festival is Victoria's biggest festival.Hey Kids,
