I actually just heard of the place this AM when flipping through Boulevard Magazine. Solomon indeed introduced the trend and appreciation of what a true cocktail means here in the city of Victoria. I liked the whole "get that vodka outta my martini", endorsing the origins of what a real martini was inteded for, with GIN! He had single handedly become the founder of this passion and craze, and is responsible for many other establishments that got on the bandwagon, clearly admiring his expertise. Solomon has proven that he truly is a master at his craft, and will undoubtedly go on to the next level with passion and knowledge. Solomon's establishment will surely be missed, as there is no other cool place like it in Victoria...until we are all refreshed by his next endeavor!
