Mike K. It will start 6ish and end...whenever.

Hockey Fan,
we pull back the 'tweed curtain' - you eat cheese, swill wine, meet interesting people (peeps), not the least of them, ME, and you generally have a good time...a promise! You don't have to dress up if you don't want to, but some will for certain. A truly eclectic evening.

Hope to meet you both.

Alrighty then, you got me with that!

See you there!

Oh my VV'er friends I come to you seeking your wisdom and brilliant ideas (again!). You guys are wayyy better than the magic 8 ball!

You all know of course that I am having a 'show' (if you don't I'll certainly tell you about it! just ask anyone! lol)

Now, challenge number one - 'shows' such as this can get well...boring.
lol
Ideas?

and

200 or so 'guests' will be milling in and out - Like the Movie Stars, they get a goodie bag for attending various 'events', you know designer watches, sunglasses and undies.

I would really like to send the Stars that attend my event away with a goodie bag too! a gift? a....??? I don't have a budget the sky is the limit! HOWL! no money.

Ideas?

or..stick with Victoria tradition - do nothing. :D

Well for keeping it interesting you could put a bowl of keys at the front :)

Seriously though something interactive would be cool. HOw about setting up a computer somewhere and have people be able to tweet from the party about the party.

Another good one is too have a form with interesting questions on it for putting into a paper record of the event and who was there. The questions can be philosophical, political or tongue in cheek and people will work on them together. Also usually starts some good conversation.

Finally the best thing for ensuring a good party is wine.

Your pictures are beautiful Susan, if I had the chance to take home even a postcard sized version of one, it would be the best goodie ever. I'd probably frame it. If there were several different ones to choose from all mixed up together it would be fun to sort through and pick.
