The website says the first building is to be eight storeys and the second building (closest to Goldstream Ave) is to be six, so whay does the thread state five-storeys???

Has anyone been past this site in recent weeks? It's been quite a while since the groundbreaking and the website doesn't have much info.

There's a Landmark condo building in Sidney and a Landmark in Victoria on Douglas. Couldn't they have stretched a bit farther for a name?

The condo market in Langford is anemic at best.

This project might be kaput.  There is a For Sale sign on the lawn. Realtor is Greg Burke at Pemberton Holmes, but the listing doesn't show up on his website, or any where else.

Yet, the 468Landmark website is still up and running.

Focus your attention on the rental building nearing completion on Wale rd around the corner.

This is am amazing feat and worthy of an award not for nearing completion but for Being in Colwood and nearing completion

The 468 got as far as design and and photo op when the sign went up as well as am plan  for moving the historic HBC shack to a different part of the property

After that they evicted the tenants of the house...then the exciting part..........

Nothing happened and the grass turned yellow and grew to the height of a wheat field
