This is in the Humbolt Valley, beside the Y-lot. I know there are some photos of models kicking around. Does anyone have a photo by any chance?

Right on. Isn't this the deepest pit currently excavated in the entire region?

Know it all.

It is between this one and Songhees Hilltop. I am not sure which is larger. Both are very impressive.

They are putting up the braces for what will be the ground floor on the Western building when standing on Humboldt. This level will still be at least 1 or 2 floors underground on the Fairfield side.

There is a sketchup model of this building at 3d Warehouse

If someone has sketchup they can download the model here or if they would just like to look at it:

It looks pretty good compared to the model pics on the website. It may be a little more windows a little less blank walls but the massing seems right.

It's the blank walls that concern me.

I spotted a guy taking pictures of it around 1 pm today. One of us? Around the same time I saw a different guy take a cell phone pic of Chelsea's pour. Concrete fans?
