Thats the '8 on the Park' development from Abstract. 4 stories, 8 units. Only two units left to sell if I remember correctly.

They are one unit away from a sell-out. I bet they're wishing they had pushed for a few more units on this one. Excellent location.

There is that project just around the corner, 202 Cook I think. There's definitely massive demand for the area but established residents are extremely opposed to change.
