Well placed, one side is pool side, one side lounge side.

Has to be, doesn't it, as it is part of the hotel?

Yes, but they might have a minimum charge.  ie. you can't bring 5 kids, play in the pool and only buy one lunch or drink.

Is the pool even open to the public, or only hotel guests?

Always been open to public, for more than 10 years and through 5 owners.  There are no change rooms though.  You gotta dry yourself off and go.

The hotel swimming pool is reserved for hotel guests of all ages and Splash Poolside Bar patrons over the age of 19.

Children that are a part of larger groups patronizing the dining deck/poolside can be reserved based on availability. Prior Arrangements required through Management.
