Watching the presentation by the developer, it's pretty clear that they've bent over backwards to please the neighbours.

 

If this fails, I can't see what would pass while being economically feasible for a developer.

It's a strong proposal but that was poor a and unprepared presentation by the developer.
And he was justifiably nervous.

^ week she suggested the city pay $1 a year for two years then the tax payer should pay it via Provincial and Federal Grants.
