Hi Marko and other experts

I have accumulated some capital and want to expend my investment in commercial space in Victoria.

any insights that I should be looking at before put up a offer?

Thank you

will you be using it yourself or will it be a strictly investment property?

I would think that you would be better off with industrial  or warehouse space at this point as retail / office may be weak for some time.

I am not using it myself anytime soon. Hoping for long term investment/holding

Doesn't sound like you know what you are looking for so difficult to answer any questions.

Perhaps consult a commercial realtor.

Commercial realtor for sure. It’s a different market entirely.

Know it all.

I am not looking for apartment blocks, commercial malls, but specifically small office or warehouse.

I wonder with everything else is going on, what cap rate would be reasonable to look at ?

Yes I can talk to a commercial realtor, I prefer to leave the discussion open here so is value for all of us.
