Not at this time. 25,000 square feet will be occupied by Plexxis.

I am guessing but in most cases like this the owners decide to move and then hope that they can find local staff. I think they will find they need to keep their Ontario team for a long time!

Judging by the square footage, we're taking capacity for about 75 to 100 workers at the physical Plexxis office, or so?

What's with all of the Lambos, Ferraris and other exotic cars in Langford now. Where is that $$$ coming from? Seems to be guys in their 30s driving them.....

There's a guy in Langford who makes a living off of YouTube videos on exotic cars, and he changes them out with some regularity, I think. He's known as Daily Driver Exotics (or something similar).

I saw a Lambo in Vic West yesterday and a Ferrari in downtown Victoria, though, so I don't know if it's a West Shore thing specifically or more wealth in the city just being flaunted more often.
