Developer Reliance Properties is pursuing municipal approvals to replace a three-storey, 16-unit rental building with a six-storey new-build (depicted at-left) on Dallas Road at Lewis Street while retaining a landmark 12-storey rental tower on Dallas Road at Menzies Street.

They should duplicate the arched canopy over the entrance to the new building.
