New development of a 6-storey, 107 unit rental building going up in the "City Centre" was approved for a public hearing. The design will also include a through road to connect the cul-de-sac of Percy Pl. to Claude Rd.

The developer specifically requested a parking variance down from the 1.25 spots per unit to 1.07 spots per unit.
As far as I know, it'll be the first residential addition to the N3 Claude area since Danbrook One/Ridgeview place opened (the first time) at one end of Claude, and The Enclave opened at the other end, with construction well under way on the new university campus in this neighbourhood as well.
