How to make Saanich better

I have ideas.

#1 expand, beautify and really spend some money on these commercial and recreation nodes, in this order of priority:

Cadboro Bay / Gyro Park

University Heights

Tillicum Mall

Royal Oak

Quadra McKenzie

Matticks Farm

Wilkinson Interurban

Shelbourne Plaza

Cedar Hill golf course lands

McMorrans - BUY this now and make it better.

Now, the golf course, it's a par 67.  Can we shorten up a few holes, tighten up elsewhere and add some housing and at the same time improve the walking trail?

We could move 5/6/7 a bit north and compress them.

Shorten 13.

Press in 14, 15, 16 and 17 (shorten 17).

Now we have some room for some market lots.  Use the revenue to spruce the place up a bit.
