Given the various proposals over the years on the west shore to build tall - which have all uniformly not come to fruition - I'm guessing the odds of that 33-storey tower (still) be considered as part of this development are about as likely as me experiencing a growth spurt of 10-12 inches in height in the next 6 months and playing center for the LA Lakers next year....?

Or Ben Isitt running for the Conservative Party in the October federal election.

Here's a shot of phase 1. The rest is a mix of multi family or something but I mean master plans change so no point in putting much stock in that.
