Thanks very much, Sparky. My elderly parents are waiting on its completion, the date of which has been repeatedly pushed back and remains uncertain. We have heard rumours that no work is actually being done, but it's hard to tell due to the tarp over the building.

More senior residences is definitely what we could use as the baby boomers start to age out of independent living.
