Yeah, I don't mind that they are still there but taking a free ride on the taxpayer's back is ridiculous. How are they more deserving than 100 other non-profit sporting clubs?

Or non-profit service providers, such as NEED, the Mary Manning Centre, Literacy Victoria, the Men's Trauma Centre, the Women's Sexual Assault Centre, etc. etc. I suspect they'd love to be able to lease city property for a $1 year instead of paying market rates for office space.

Oh well, ripping out the Bowling Green was an idea hatched under the bad old previous administration, but this is the brave new world of the good new administration. So it must be alright. Right?
