Not aware of a business called Kelsey's at Admirals Walk. There is the Apple Tree, and the Royal Palace..

Gotcha, so it must be closed then. I seem to recall there being a Kelsey's at Admirals Walk some time ago.

Pretty sure the only stand alone restaurant at AW was Ricky's (now the Apple Tree).

I've heard nothing of this development going forward and Kelsey's closing is only a coincidence. I've noticed a lot of near empty restaurants at lunch and dinner over the past few years and thats probably the reason
