I feel like Tom Cruise’s face changed after Risky Business.

Tom Cruise had some major dental work done, which can change how you look. Check out his teeth from the movie The Outsiders.

Oh yeah, that’s interesting. Maybe there was some surgery in addition to the dental work? Anyway, he does look quite different between Risky Business and Top Gun.

He has that thing where he has a centre tooth under his nose, middle of his jaw.

The Outsiders tooth was for the movie, old crown removed and costume one installed.

“Film is an understanding of human behaviour, and my goal is to understand that behaviour more every day. The more we understand that the more we understand each other,” said Lim. “Film is an empathy machine, and it’s how we can learn about each other.”  Lim has signed with a streamer for the 2027 release of The Bryce Lee Story.  He’s determined to keep working in Victoria, where he said that the breadth of talent is inspiring.  “But we need all levels of film in Victoria to succeed. Over in Vancouver, they have L.A. productions that shoot there, and they bring up their own producers.

Right now, we don’t have all those tiers of production here, and we badly need a sound stage in Victoria to move to the next level.”

We could likely have a combination homelessness warming centre and studio.  Maybe the zombies could stick around and be extras in a few films.

Add in a splash pad for the kids and a stage for the poet laureate and you’re on.

Did I ever tell you guys about the time I was asked by a film site scout to help find a crack house for a shoot? I want to say it was this year, but man, was it last? Might have been last.

I accomplished by mission, but I don’t recall what film they were working on.

Homicide detectives were investigating Sunday after two people were found dead at director-actor Rob Reiner's Los Angeles home, authorities said.

The Los Angeles Fire Department said it responded to a medical aid request shortly after 3:30 p.m. local time and found a 78-year-old man and 68-year-old woman dead inside.

Detectives with the Robbery Homicide Division were investigating an "apparent homicide" at Reiner's home, said Capt. Mike Bland with the Los Angeles Police Department.

Our sources say the two suffered lacerations consistent with a knife. The LAPD's Robbery Homicide Division is still investigating.

Dispatch audio captures a firefighter calling for backup to the Brentwood mansion around 3:30 PM ... though it doesn't provide any further information about the circumstances in the abode.

New details emerge in the murder of beloved director Rob Reiner and his wife, Michele Singer Reiner. The slain couple’s son, Nick Reiner—who was arrested in connection with the killings—”left a trail of blood” in his hotel room Sunday morning, according to TMZ.

The outlet reported that Nick, 32, checked into The Pierside Santa Monica around 4 a.m. Sunday, December 14. He used his credit card at check-in, hours after allegedly getting into a heated argument with his father at Conan O’Brien’s Christmas party.

Blood was discovered on the bed, in addition to a shower “full of blood,” when the staff came in to check the room, TMZ reported.

Nick never checked out of the hotel, TMZ reported.

Rob Reiner’s son Nick was notorious for being violent, and those around him “instantly knew’’ he was the one who allegedly murdered his parents, friends, and neighbors, told The Post on Monday.

“This is not the first time their son has been violent,’’ a longtime neighbor of the victims said of Nick Reiner, 32, who is charged with fatally slitting the throats of his parents in the family’s Los Angeles mansion.

“I know of another incident a few years back with Nick, but I won’t say more than that,’’ added the man, who declined to give his name. “I just never thought it would ever get to this point.

“And I know they have argued about that for years. Nick has had demons for the longest.

“It is such a nightmare,’’ the source said. “The whole thing is a tragedy.’’

Nick admitted in 2018 that he once trashed his parents’ home during a meth-fueled rage.

“It’s not much of a story. I got totally spun out on uppers — I think it was coke and something else — and I was up for days on end,” Nick told the “Dopey’’ podcast. “I started punching out some things in my guest house.

“Everything in the guest house got wrecked,” he said. “I literally punched the TV.”

Nick was an 'intense kid' who 'screamed like the world was on fire', prompting his parents to have family therapy and even inspiring a book about a child with behavioral problems, the author, Alanna Zabel, told the Daily Mail.
Zabel taught yoga to the family for almost ten years, including private classes with Nick.
So when she heard on Sunday evening that the 'When Harry Met Sally' director, 78, and his wife Michele, 68, were found dead with stab wounds in their Brentwood, LA home, her thoughts immediately went to the troubled child she knew.
From an angsty child, he became a young adult with severe drug problems. He had been to rehab 18 times as of 2016, first going around his 15th birthday, and lived on the streets after refusing to go back.

Presley Gerber (26), son of supermodel Cindy Crawford who defined a generation, has sparked concern among fans after opening up about severe mental health struggles through his SNS.

Presley recently posted a black-and-white video on Instagram stating, “Given the many misunderstandings, a clear explanation is needed,” and detailed his condition. He revealed that he has struggled with depression and other mental health issues since childhood.

In the video, filmed in a sauna, Presley emphasized, “Honesty is the best policy,” and mentioned medications he is currently taking. He disclosed that he takes 1 mg of Buprenorphine, a drug used to treat pain and opioid addiction, twice daily, and explained that his use of benzodiazepines fluctuates depending on the situation.

He added, “I have terrible nightmares every night, and during severe panic attacks, I take additional medication,” while also expressing fear of dependency. “I’m afraid something bad will happen if I stop taking the medication,” he confessed, evoking sympathy.

Presley also described difficulties in his treatment process. “I want a fixed prescription, but I’ve seen 15 psychiatrists so far. They all just give me medication with instructions like, ‘Take it when you need it,’” he said. “I don’t want that much autonomy. I need a clear direction.”

He mentioned “various forms of loss” as reasons for his current psychological state but did not elaborate. However, it was previously reported that his family’s pet dog, Widget, passed away in May after 20 years, drawing condolences from fans.

Presley stated, “Although I have many loved ones, I’m currently keeping my distance,” and explained that he is trying to create a new environment that helps him. He also revealed, “My last drink was on my birthday, July 2,” confirming he is sober.
