Looks like a big house rather than a condo building.

I often think half the houses going up in my neighbourhood MUST be condos but then it turns out it's just a monster house.

I pity any children who end up living in those units overlooking the playground and aren't granted access to the playground :(

Starting at 209k....not bad.

Some very unique floor plans in this building.

Their website is a mess.

And what's with the loft floorplan? The 2nd bedroom has the water heater in the closet and no windows...

Doesn't a bedroom legally have to have a closet and a window?

I think so...

Maybe I'm missing something here:

Yowch, that "2nd bedroom" is what... 8x8 ?? Would make an ok little office but without a window I'm not sure they can legally market that as a "bedroom".

That said I'd LOVE a condo with a silly little room like that as it would make a great hobby room.

I thought a bedroom window doubled as a fire escape.

That can't be for real. I've never seen an actual bedroom without a window. Developers get away with it by using sliding translucent screens, half walls or passthrough windows so the room is not sealed off. If there's not a window it can only be called an office or den, correct?

When building is sprinklered, like all new construction, no window is required to make a room a "bedroom".. Closet still required though.

Is that in the code?

I thought every bedroom had to have an emergency egress.

I see the point though, if they are sprinklered there may not require an exit, but don't most people like to open a window for fresh air when they are sleeping, I do?
Life's a journey......so roll down the window and enjoy the breeze.

Sounds pretty minor only a metre wide wall.

It has a whole new look!

Nice catch, thanks. Would have liked to have listened in when the architect discovered this goof up. A few choice words, I bet.

Advertising pretty heavy on Zone radio.

Heard an ad today - crazy in that their marketing it as "only a block to Mayfair Mall" and "only a block to a STARBUCKS". Really?! That is something someone will base their home purchase on!?!? I guess I could see an investor buying and renting it out...?!
