You know things are bad when paddlers are cussing out seals in the kayak lanes.
These damn kayak lanes are so expensive, and really who cares, 90% of people in the harbour are motor boat drivers! The kayak lane is on the wrong side of the harbour too, what a terrible design. Meanwhile, blind swimmers are being hit by kayaks! What about THEM?!! Mayor Moonbeam etc etc!

Yes; WCS begat PCS which merged initially with Richmond Savings in December 2000 to create the initial Coast Capital Savings entity and then later expanded it after Surrey Metro Savings was added in June 2002. Effective last fall it was renamed Coast Capital Savings Federal CU after members voted to move forward to become a federal credit union.
