Are you sure about that Mike? Last time I heard Keith Martin is not in favour. Do you have any sort of link???

The Victoria Sewage Alliance is keeping track of which esquimalt municipal candidates support sewage treatment. Not sure if they are doing any other municipalities. http://www.victorias...g/esquimalt.php
