310 Henry. Southwest corner of Henry and Catherine in any case. The redevelopment sign kinda gives it away.
Life long residents of Vic West might be able to figure it out but it’s a tough one.

Isn't that a heritage building on that property? I was kind of hoping for a more prominent corner.

The background used is definitely Catherine looking south. I dunno, if it's not SW corner of Langford and Catherine I'd guess the site of the Oceanic Market. Very wide angle used in the rendering.
Yeah that's it. Bella St threw me but that's the side road to the right.
