Underground parking for four units seems a bit overkill, but I guess the intention is to maximize the use of the parcel and not use space at grade for parking.

^ Also, secure underground parking would be de rigueur for anyone selling a very expensive, high end condo.

We are the developers of that project and the building looks nothing like that...we’ve totally redesigned it. It will be a 7-unit condo building, 4 storey with underground parking.
Any updated renderings that you can share?
