I am glad to see that the Victoria Buzz follows Vibrant Victoria's excellent reporting in current events then run out in time to get the last brick falling.
What would they do without VV.

There is nothing wrong with talking about race here. It's just that "Oriental" is a bit outdated and vague.

the property is owned by human beings and not by Townline, the human beings plan on building a building one day, it will have concrete in it
How the &^%$#$%^& is "oriental" bad? They are asian, I don't remember their country of origin.

Simmer down VC. I never said Oriental was bad, just outdated. Like Trudeau says, it's 2015 (16).
"Asian heritage" is OK BTW.

Difference between new build and historical retrofit/repurpose that has never been done before in the same scale in town 
. Both projects are looking great and are an awesome addition to that part of town
