I just received spam email, on my work computer, from the 'Sean for Mayor' campaign, asking for support and 'subltely' soliciting money.

I don't live or work in Central Saanich, so I'm assuming they bought some kind of list or something. I'm fairly apolitical, but is this typical?

I personally now equate this guy's mayoral campaign along the same lines as the guy from Nigeria who assures me that, with a simple $1,000 transfer fee, I'll receive over $136 meelion in US funds.

You know a guy in Nigera that is going to give you 136 million? yeesh, how bout I give you $500 and we go halfers on that one?
