Camosun is currently making plans to build student residence facilities at both it's Hillside and Interurban campuses.
In the first phase, 250 units will be built with 650 planned in total. Camosun cites a lack of rental housing as a major enrollment issue for new students.

They've got more than enough pavement to build on at the Lansdowne campus, for sure.

The buildings are in Saanich but the parking lots are in Oak Bay though. I wonder if that would make any difference.

Shouldn't make that big a difference, at uvic, i think its the social science builsing might be the other new one, is directley on the municipal boundries.

Interesting though I have not heard of them actually working on anything there.
