Is anybody up there able to snap a few photos of the stuff that's under construction?

Have I told you lately that there is almost no reason for most disciplines to physically attend a campus?

Or even go to structured school or campus.

It’s 2026.

That central superstructure has been fascinating, for sure. You'll recall it fell over once. Finally rebuilt, and they keep building on and up on it.

What in the heck is it? It’s like a bomb bunker with all that rebar. A mini hedron collider?

I’m not fully sure but I think it’s seismic support related. That whole building there is a civil engineering lab and the building itself will have sensors and things for students to learn from. The floor is over a metre thick of concrete.

if that's the case it could be to make the building extra stable in order to be able to do lab work involving sensitive measurements & whatnot

Since the last photo was posted, it looks like something is up with the rebar again.

Yeah, the entire thing disappeared over the weekend. I've been scratching my head over that.

However, they have taken down most of the exterior scaffolding on the taller steel building attached to ECS.IMG_0716.jpeg IMG_0717.jpeg
