It does not look like the large yellow crane is at Mayfair.
It’s at the Audi dealership.
You guys are right. My bad.

I don't think I get what they're doing here. House-sized windows and doors?*
*By that I mean, the sort of windows and doors you might see on a house (not to be confused with the sort of windows and doors through which you could fit a house)

Maybe the Toyota dealership has skewed my expectations.

Sportcheck seems to be the other mini anchor tenant
Boring. Sportcheks every where. Maybe they close the one by staples and leons

I'm not normally a fan of inward-looking big box stores but the new Mayfair signage on the Douglas side is amazing. It's on a retro-looking terra cotta-look diamond background that is really eye-catching. Sorry for all the compound modifiers.

Next up is Tillicum Centre, I hope. It would be such an amazing transition for them to follow in the footsteps of University Heights and really push the residential aspect.

I've heard no plans for Riocan to do anything to Tillicum. The retail market is horrible right now generally speaking. Has Hillside fully leased their expansion yet?

It's been five years since there was any word about the Tillicum residential expansion.

It's a good thing Kelsey's closed down when it did.
