the provincial government seems to have downloaded responsibility to municipalities to handle the crises in health care and housing.

 

 

He needs to better articulate this.

 

Saanich has DCCs.  To pay for stuff related to the housing targets.

Saanich has 116 exempt (non-union managers etc.) staff on their payroll, earning an average of over $137,000 each (in 2024).
