D'ambrosio Architecture + Urbanism has renderings for a project titled "Congregate care seniors housing, Victoria, BC" but no additional information. Is there more information on this project? And can anyone decipher the location from the renderings?

How many places have a six lane road meeting a four lane road a block from a soccer field?

I am guessing Langford or Colwood but can't quite find it.

So why put the vehicle lane right out front like that? Why not tuck it behind the building?

A public meeting was held for this project three years ago but I don't know the outcome.

I'm rather surprised it's taken so long for that stretch of Tillicum across from the mall to be developed. It's getting really run down.

Suffice it to say it's a canceled proposal?

Funky, good work!
