I own a townhouse in a place that sits on 5 acres 5 minutes from downtown.
The complex was built in the 60's initially for low-income, went strata 10 years later etc.
Pipes/lines have been failing the past few years and add-hock repairs are really starting to add up. We are staring down lots of lines and lots of money.
(16 individual buildings with 8 units in each all connected to each other etc.)
Any ideas/experience? and anyone have experience with grey-water recycle systems? as you can imagine over the span of 40 years or so we have many many shrubs and trees, all mature and beautiful however with dryer and dryer conditions they are or going to start to suffer as a result.

You could contact www.eco-sense.ca for information on finding grey water information or they may have enough knowledge themselves to help you. They have a grey water system in their house that they built.
