The location of Millos is right beside 3 of Victoria's biggest hotels. I'm surprised that this alone could not sustain them.  I bet this will be empty for a while which is a shame given the prominent location.  Not too much demand for windmill themed restaurants I imagine. 

 

I wish we had some modern or high end greek restaurants in Victoria. Something like The Greek by Anatoli  from Vancouver would even be welcome.

That block is also slated for redevelopment. So Ithaka's continued existence may be contingent upon finding a new home.

We made a batch of salsa together last night and unloaded a flock of laying chickens into the new coop.

Not gonna lie, I love it. Never understood why places don’t replace the knobs on their ranges when they fall off and get lost.

Also, I wonder if they have natural gas and sewer?

Finally some movement at 595 Pandora, which was to be Maman Restaurant at one point. There's a BP issued for tenant improvements, no idea who the restaurateur is but I do know that the applicant is Hillel Architecture
