Ha! It's easily half as good.
We have four people at the 10 year mark, a whole bunch more at 8 and 5 then a few newbs as well, always with the newbs. Usually takes a year to hook the new ones.

The business is 10 years old or you have owned it for 10 years? Didn't you buy it from someone else?

I wonder if coffee shops and restaurants are the first thing to cut back on as food spirals upwards and interest rates follow.

There's been a "sold" sign in the window for a few weeks, so hopefully something new opens up soon.
Speaking of new, Yukatsu Uburger opened within the past few days just down the block in the old Pink Bicycle space. Looking forward to giving it a try soon.

I wish you well and hope you pull through.
I can't help but make one correction. The pandemic measures were hard on most businesses.

All I am hearing from restaurant owners is that revenue is up this fall, January always sucks. We’ve had a really strong November so far, up double digits.
Retail is struggling due to the online shopping that is increasing as well... Death by 1,000 cuts again.. No singular answer... If so many close maybe leases come down or I guess development swallows those properties up for a couple years.
