All realtors need to do is use ChatGPT to put the details into writing.  Of course, that makes it harder to use 'cozy' when the house is 'small' or 'traditional' when its seriously in need of renovation... etc.

I think that specific location gets a bit of spin off from being so close to LD, but it's always been a ghost town when I've been there.  A&W does ok I think.

I believe the space was just empty! They are now nestled beside Nubo nearby the pedestrian bridge entrance and have a small patio space.

 

*A cafe was actually there before but closed in 2020.
