^ Took long enough for some details! It's been rumoured that Vessel was going to open a grocery store here for a while, and the "urban grocer" name was revealed in September when the BP was issued. Always nice to see a new neighbourhood grocery open.

Hillside Thrifty's is doing a major reno. Only started recently. Was there earlier in the pandemic and nothing happening then. Likely rearranging the store to accommodate the new normal.

If moved further east on Fort Street (closer to Foul Bay)...

This location needs an entire re-build. It is far too small to accomodate the volume of customers it has and the current footprint doesn't allow for any expansion.

They have BPs for interior and exterior renovations. I assume they're bringing it up to the current standard (see Broadmead, Cook/Quadra, etc)

hillside Walmart will have a grocery right? that will take some pressure off theuftys there.
