We learned he's not a vegetarian, as if that's relevant to anything at all.

...the amendment materially changes the motion...enough that is actually an entirely different and should have been ruled out of order...

...i sat with a councillor of Filipino origin whose first language was not English (it was often difficult to follow his logic and speech, but he was sincere in his remarks, if not always clear and succinct) and respectfully suggest that you might want to cut Dubow just a little slack

That's not going to happen.

He's on the public payroll, and he can't form a coherent thought.

 

I understand english isn't his first language, and that's got nothing to do with my point.
