They’ve reached bottom. Excavators are now digging out the remnants of blasted rock.

From the rumblings I felt at the MoH this week it seems like blasting and excavation might have started on the rest of the site.

I saw a couple Carpenters down there the other day. I asked how it was going, they replied “We’ve only just begun..”

No, final approvals have not been granted. There is still a public hearing component that's coming up real soon.

Why another public hearing? What is the developer asking for that has not already been approved, unless they truly do plan to go taller?
