That’s what happens when a building is taller than those around it.Units on the higher floors of HP1 are going to have a fantastic view of that Jack Davis roof.
HP1 will stand about 2.5x taller than the Jack Davis.

My guesstimation puts the completed height at around the elevation of the arm of the crane as it is today.
