Clear communication can help us to avoid the intensely bitter arguments that tend to rage on this board. I'm still seething about that thing Mike K. said.
Is it the intensity of the arguments or the intensity of the bitterness that bothers you?

I feel like you're trying to start an argument with that.

It must be exciting for people who are moving in!
I'm surprised it's only 70% sold though...didn't they quote that percentage late last year as well? Seems like a unique buy, if not a bit overpriced.
Seems fairly normal for Victoria. IIRC even the Jukebox still has unsold units.
It would be a disaster if it were a Vancouver project, though.

"The highest floor SW corner unit to ever hit the MLS"
That's a roundabout way to say "it's high up but not a top floor"

"HP1 is so tall, every floor is high up."

That unit is 1204 sq. ft., so $1,370/sq. ft..
The MBR is 10'10" X 11'7", which is not bad (although hardly room to allow for a dresser at the foot of the bed), but for $1.65M?
Also, a 6'10" wide balcony at that height is virtually useless in my opinion, even if it is 37' long. Anybody with even minor vertigo is not going there.

There's a big sightline premium being charged for sure, unlikely anything will get in the way for the next decade or so. I do agree the balcony is a bit slim considering the price tag - the chaise would have to go in a corner.

Ugh, double sink vanity?
Wasn't their best album, I agree.

Saw a surveyor on the site of HP2 the other day and noticed today an excavator has been lowered and work is going on with blasting and digging on the corner of

^Thanks for that photo. I tried to snap a few pictures from the Rock Bay side but my cellphone needs some upgrading...

Here's a pic from the 17th floor on the east side. Methinks HP2 is going to seem very close.

One of its best angles - It's a great looking tower.
Thus proving that all new condo towers look exactly the same, except when they don't.
