Just noticed the new signage today.
IIRC, there's a link to an article on a local blog outlining its demise in another thread...closed, defunct restaurants we loved? Mods?

As it was explained to me when I was there about two weeks ago, the manager of that Floyd' location bought the restaurant and was offered the right to keep the name for a price but declined that option. The change of ownership happened in mid August
