A wasted opportunity to encase members our lackluster city council in concrete. Would this have been considered a public amenity?

Methinks it's an unfortunate coincidence that James Bay is holding a hard line re: the heights of new residential buildings at the very same moment that new residential buildings are generally looking very nice. When we do this sort of thing we're really just safeguarding the prominence of the very same bland old towers that inspired the anti-height backlash in the first place.
