So as of yet, HP1 seems remarkable for how much it doesn't stand out. You need to look for it.

 

I'm starting to think Orchard House, Roberts House, Promontory, Astoria, etc. might have been right all along. Fears about the potential for residential buildings in the 20- to 25-story range to dominate Victoria's cityscape and loom over everything weren't really justified.

I believe that's the rental building going up on the former trailer park on reserve land.
