What fencing company are they using, should buy shares.
The City of Victoria had to rent so many fence units in the past year or so, that they started their own fencing company.
I'm not kidding ... all the black fence in Centennial Square is owned by the City, and marked as such.

I wonder what people thought of putting a splash pad in at the town and country mall redevelopment (uptown) at the time? ...
Uptown doesn't have junkies and homeless encampments adjacent to their splash park.
