Nassau fast. It might end up being a lemon.

Orange or lemon, does it really matter? They both have appeal.

Here's a view of the back from Fort Street to get an idea of the building with the exterior finishings revealed.

Well Aastra, the front on View will have significantly more rust orange.. but based on that sexy backside I offer the following photo I took of the Wildfire Bakery graffiti wall on May 20, 2006:

It has character. You can't say that about a lot of buildings today.

Walked by the building this weekend. Looking much better than I thought it would.

Can't wait until it's done, agree with everyone else that this one is turning out to be a looker.

Different shapes. Varied cladding. Variations in depth and contours. Sexy lines. *thumbs up*

Unique buildings like this one are going to ruin Victoria's uniqueness.

Bonus: built on a lot that sat empty for decades and seemed like it would never be developed.

And developed just in the nick of time. Another year or so and that vacant lot would have been declared heritage and it would have had to remain in that state until the end of time*

* or until purchased by the CoV with taxpayer dollars to build "affordable" housing

Developer has pushed back completion date to end of April (old news)

Anybody think that's not reasonable? Still seems like a lot of work left.

Hmm, that could be "just" right. What was the previous completion date?
