the first photo is kind of funny. big huge expanse of parking turning/drop-off and elegant fountains in front of those 1990's view st. condos. no apparent parking or setback for jukebox. clearly not "respecting the form" of what's already there in the neighbourhood.

My unit in the Jukebox is up on MLS. Check out the virtual staging photos. They turned out great.

Apparently two of the ground floor commercial units are due to become the second Ox King Noodles (Hudson Mews)...anyone heard anything on that. There's a permit on hold on VicMap that says as much.

Just minor stuff. That piano high gloss cabinetry scratches pretty easily. Some scuffing on the cabinets. Washer door hinge on wrong side.

Not sure if I can post this, but I found an old excel sheet with some data of units that were remaining at the time, including original pricing....

Interesting since the building has had a delay and there is no occupancy permit yet.
