Victoria OctoberFest 2010

• Join us at Victoria, BC's indoors beer event! On October 8, 9 & 10th, 2010 at GR Pearkes Arena, we will be featuring 12oz pours from Various Craft Breweries, Cideries are a 8 oz pour and Wineries are a 6 oz pour.
  
• Added to this event are a multitude of other vendors ranging from an assortment of Restaurants showcasing their specialty foods, and other assorted types of vendors with items for display and sale.
  
• There will be entertainment all throughout Saturday and Sunday afternoon
  
• Live Bands will be playing on Friday and Saturday evening from 8 pm to midnight.

NOTICE: Octoberfest 2010 at Pearkes Arena has been cancelled by the organizers. If you bought your tickets at Liquor Plus, please return them to Liquor Plus and get a full refund. We will be unable to process refunds for other ticket outlets.

Another Pearkes event has just been cancelled. IFCon was a comic/cosplay/sci-fi convention scheduled for this weekend but the organizer bowed out citing "health problems" and left no-one in charge to carry on. People are furious as it looks like anyone who bought booths or otherwise spent money are out of luck and won't get their money back.
