Victoria residents can now access all the background research used by city councillors to make informed decisions.

Staff reports, motions, and correspondence are now available on the city’s website.

^ It's always nice when VV get's recognition for contributing to our City......also nice that one of our fearless leader's opinions are sought out.

This is good news. Right now, all you get is the agenda items. You don't really know if it will be a 10 second long housecleaning item or an hour-long or more in-depth item without asking an expert in the planning department.

These documents will have all the background information on a project, including photos, letters from neighbours, staff reports, parking and traffic studies, Community Association comments, past histories, Design Panel and Heritage Panel comments etc.
