Thanks Mike. I think there are 13 parking spots to support residents, customers, employees and visitors. Yikes.

This building will will be a parking burden for everyone around them. I was at RJH a few days ago and they are the same. No place to park a vehicle.

Tartu was their first choice but the marketing department was worried it might be too obscure.
A lot of people are going to be disappointed.

It's an homage to the developer's grandfather, who immigrated from Estonia.
