Oh that's right! They closed down the one near Oak By Avenue, and the new location has a slightly different name: Yumbrosia.

I noticed a "SOLD" sign on the empty storefront next to "Spank" on Government yesterday. It's been sitting empty for awhile.

Not exactly retail, but a retail space at Uptown between Flavour and Famous Footwear appears to be becoming an HSBC bank.

An unusual retail concept will be opening in the former Pizza Zone near Cook and North Park. The store will be called "Canna Can" and, although I don't fully understand the concept, my understanding is that it will be some kind of facility that allows customers to store their cannabis. The slogan on the building read, "Time Capsule Your Cannabis!"
