Shoes By Hughes is opening at the former Oak Bay Ave Walk-In Comfort location. I assume it’s affiliated with the Hughes clothing store down the street:

Cask & Keg Liqour store is on its last 10 days. Clerk said redevelopment will be happening. Uncertain if this is the approved 12 story towers or not. But big change is coming.

I think asset sales is just the opposite of a share sale. The inventory is likely for sale at an extra negotiated price.
